"Thanks Frank, like the system. I'm stock piling food now and have a wonderful resource to get my canned goods. I have a very limited income and really need to get a weapon, but it may take awhile of saving, would like to have a shotgun also. Anyway, I discovered a good water filtration system, it's called Lifestraw. Maybe you've heard of them? if not, check them out online at LifeStraw water filters make dirty water safe drinking water. I just wanted you to know that I'm using your system and will continue until the day of reckoning.

"Thank You, Mr. Frank Mitchell, I also am a veteran, retired and although most of us do have survival training and skills, most of our family members DO NOT. For you to put together a system that we can show them is really a God send, because after we have left the military, unfortunately we tend to lose or forget the skills we have learned, because we just don't train or practice them anymore, sad but true. Again thanks Sir, for putting into a system where it will not be lost, and we can go back and refresh our training whenever we NEED to.

"Frank,
I purchased the Family Survival System last week and have found it very helpful in preparing for a disaster. We have already begun gathering a little extra food and water for our pantry and have a Berkley water filtration system. Earlier this year we experienced an ice storm that knocked out our electricity for several days. We were very well prepared and were able to save much of our perishable food by packing ice around it in coolers which were left in our cold garage. The information in the Family Survival System shows inexpensive ways to provide for our family in a disaster and will help us prepare even better for another disaster.

"Hi Frank,
I ordered your Family Survival System last week and read it on the train back and forth to work. I am employed by a local Health Department and have received some training on disaster preparedness as well. However, I did learn a lot of good tips and interesting tidbits in your system. Personally, I don’t think I have two years to prepare my food supply, so when I went grocery shopping last weekend I purchased four days worth of food for my family. (I mixed soup with canned veggies, fruit and meat) I plan on adding four days worth of canned goods each week.
Anyway, this is great. If you ever need any assistance from a Public Health viewpoint, let me know!
Thanks,
- Kathy Torrisi
